Women’s Health Collective Canada Welcomes MUHC Foundation as New Member

The Alberta Women’s Health Foundation is proud to be a founding member of Women’s Health Collective Canada (WHCC)—a national alliance of leading women’s health and hospital foundations—and is thrilled to welcome the addition of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Foundation. The WHCC is a strategic alliance created to help strengthen collective efforts addressing inequities in women’s health research through combined resources and funding.

The MUHC Foundation supports one of Quebec’s largest and most prestigious research hospitals—renowned for its commitment to advancing women’s health through research and care. The MUHC Foundation’s focus aligns wholly with the WHCC’s mission to address the critical gaps in women’s health research, ensuring women across Canada have access to the care and resources they deserve.

With this new partnership, the WHCC expands to five members, further amplifying our ability to drive meaningful change in women’s health. Together, we are working towards a future where women’s health is prioritized on a national level, and research leads to real-world impact.

Bienvenue, MUHC Foundation! We are eager to collaborate with you to make women’s health a top priority across Canada.
